• Lead pastor

    James Mila is the Lead Pastor of Crossroads Assembly Barstow. James & Sarah Mila joined the Crossroads family in the Fall of 2017. James & Sarah, both High-Desert natives, married in 2013 have two wonderful children; their daughter Gemma and son Benjamin. 


    Pastor James is an Ordained minister within the Assemblies of God, and has a background in youth ministry for over 10 years. Pastor James believes in in the bold prayer of Jesus, "your kingdom come, your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven..." and that we can see God's Kingdom unfold in our community. Pastor James has a heart for teens and the societal pressures they face that contradict their God given identities and purpose.

  • Daggett campus pastor

    Pastor Floyd Lopez is our Daggett Campus Pastor. Floyd and his wife Diane have been at Crossroads since 2011, and between them they have 4 children and 5 grandchildren they love spending their free time with.  Floyd and Diane have a Licensed Credentials with the Assemblies of God, and enjoy serving here at Crossroads Assembly.


    Pastor Floyd also serves at our as the Director of Men's Ministry, Assistant Usher Leader, and the Royal Ranger Chaplain.

    Pastor Diane Lopez is our office business administrator and an invaluable member of the team. She joined the Crossroads team in summer of 2017.


    Pastor Diane is also our Women's Ministry Lead. Diane organizes outings, retreats, and monthly gatherings at Crossroads Assembly. Our Women's Ministry gatherings happen the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.. 

  • Samoan Fellowship Pastor

    Apineru (Api) Leolofi is our pastor overseeing our Samoan fellowship. Api joined the Crossroads family in the summer of 2000 under his father, Pastor Leolofi Leolofi.

    Api and Joy both teach, counsel and coach for Barstow USD and Barstow Community College.

    Api and Joy have three beautiful children; their daughter Aliitasi and two sons Aloalii and Alofamoni.

    Api Leolofi was blessed by Pastor Leolofi Leolofi into pastoral ministries. And Pastor Api is working toward getting ministerial credentials within the Assemblies of God.
